A dedicated Oakley pro, 15 kids, loads of talent and the exquisit Almdudler Snowpark Sölden – the best ingredients for a perfect day filled with heaps of fun, motivation and - of course – a dash bold freestyle-action at the first Oakley Talent Day last saturday! Plus: highvalue Oakley prizes for all participants!
At 10 am sharp, Oakley Freeski Team rider Luggi Brucic started the first Oakley Talent Day with 15 young Freestyle talents in the Almdudler Snowpark Sölden. The professional guidance by Luggi and the perfectly shaped park by Christoph Schoepf and his crew, let the motivated youngsters no time to worry about the freezing temperatures. Withoutout a single break, the new blood skiers spent the whole day shredding the Almdudler Snowpark Sölden with its gigantic obstacles, following Luggis’ lead. Of course the experienced pro not only gave them a live-show of how it’s done, but was also eager to share his freestyle wisdom and provide his future successors with useful tips.
After a long Oakley Talent Day, captured by our professional film- and photo crew and filled with loads of fun and freestyle action, the next stop was the Moreboards Glanzer sports shop in Sölden, where the three most dedicated riders were rewarded with the freshest new Oakley Goggles. In addition all participants were equipped with Oakley Bandanas and T-Shirts.
No surprise, that Luggi was happy how the first Oakley Talent Day went down: „The coaching was really cool, the guys were really motivated and hopefully they have also learned something. The Almdudler Snowpark Sölden was in a very good condition and fun to shred! The shape crew did a really good job.“
